The digital payment app Google Pay will now show shops near you. The company announced the launch of Google Pay's 'Nearby Spot' feature. The facility will now be available in 35 cities across India. Currently, there is a risk of corona virus, so it is important to follow social disinfection. Also, due to lockdown, shops are open for a certain period of time. So Google Pay is going to help you show where your essentials stores are in your area and how long they have been open.
The feature was launched in a few cities last month. This feature will allow users to see which stores in the vicinity are providing essential services. Similarly, special facilities have been provided for shopkeepers in this new feature. In this, the shopkeepers can give information about the time of their shop, whether there is stock of essential items in the shop as well as whether social distilling is followed in the shop.
All Google Pay users across the country can book through the Gas Cylinder app. Gas cylinders of HP Gas, Bharat Petroleum and Indian Company can be booked online and paid through the app. The app also has a 'Coronavirus Spot' feature. It allows users to view safety regulations issued by the Ministry of Health. There are also links to donate to a number of charities. All three services are available to all Google Pay users, the company claims in a statement.
